Rebreathertraining offers cave diver courses to those who are cave diver OC trained but know wish to understand the safe practises of using any rebreather we are able to train in the cave enviroment.
The course follows the same concepts as the Full Cave course but trains the qualified rebreather diver in the procedures and techniques to plan and execute safe cave dives whilst using rebreather technology.
These courses are run on a strict 2:1 student instructor ratio.
We currently offer Rebreather Cave courses on the ISC Megalodon APEC or COPIS, APD Inspiration and Evolution, and GDS AH1 PASCR.
OTHER REBREATHER COURSES AVAILBLE.
MECHANICAL CCR. LEVEL 1.
The course trains the diver in the theory and practical necessary to safely dive using a closed circuit rebreather in the sport diving range. You will learn how to strip down, prepare and check the rebreather and how to conduct pre dive safety procedures before each dive and then develop your skills from confined to open water using the rebreather.
The course runs over 5-6 days and will cover between 9 and 10 hours of in water time on the rebreather over a minimum of 8 dives, all theory and various practical training dives.
ISC MEGALODON COPIS 1100.00€
PELAGIAN DCCCR 750.00€
SEMI-CLOSED REBREATHERS
DRAGER DOLPHIN / RAY SCR
399.00€ 4 days
This course trains the participant in the skills, knowledge
and techniques necessary for safe and responsible diving
with the Dräger "Dolphin/Ray" Semi Closed
Rebreather within no-stop times and recreational depth limits.
Course duration, after preparatory home-study of the manual,
is generally 4 days. In addition to theory development,
practical training in pool/confined water and in open water
with not less than 6 hours accumulated dive time.
GDS AH1 PASCR Diver
699.00€ 5 Days
This course trains the participant in the skills, knowledge
and techniques necessary for safe and responsible diving
with the GDS AH1 Passive Addition Semi Closed Rebreather within
no-stop times and recreational depth limits. After successful
completion the participant may purchase the GDS AH1 PASCR
All theoretical and practical aspects of diving with the
unit will be covered during the course.
Course duration, after preparatory home-study of the manual,
is generally 5 days. In addition to theory development,
practical training in pool/confined water and in open water
with not less than 6 hours accumulated dive time
CLOSED CIRCUIT REBREATHER COURSES
ELECTRONIC CLOSED CIRCUIT REBREATHER LEVEL 1.

ISC MEGALODON 1100.00€
APD CCR 750 .00€
CCR DIVER LEVEL.2 750.00€ 5 Days
The CCR II Normoxic Trimix Diver
course gives the opportunity to safely learn the techniques
and theory for closed circuit rebreather decompression dives, with
Trimix as the bottom gas.
All theoretical and practical aspects of deep (trimix diluent)
and decompression diving with the CCR.
The classroom sessions explain the physical and physiological
hazards of deep diving, the decompression planning, equipment
considerations for deep diving, the need of bail-out gas, and
all procedures involved. An important point is the Calculation
of dive plan using Computer-based dive tables such as Z -Plan,
Proplanner, etc. The practical part of the course includes 6
dives over at least 5 days, with a minimum accumulated bottom
time of 360 minutes. The instructor-to-student ratio is 1:2.
CCR Diver Mod.3
750.00€ 5 Days
This course is designed to provide experience and training
for mixed gas diving with a CCR
to a maximum depth of 100 msw. The CCR III Diver course gives
the opportunity to safely learn the techniques and theory for
decompression dives with helium based mixes as a diluent.
All the theoretical and practical aspects of Trimix or Heliox
diving with the CCR of your choice. The classroom sessions
explain the physical and physiological hazards of mixed
gas diving, the decompression planning, all equipment considerations
for mixed gas diving, such as diluent and bail-out selection, and
all the procedures involved. An important point is the calculation
of the dive plan using Computer-based dive tables such as Z-Plan,
ProPlanner, etc. The practical part of the course includes 6
dives over at least 6 days, with a minimum accumulated in-water
time of 360 minutes. The instructor-to-student ratio is 1:2
