For the Diver

If you're tired of being constantly 'blown-out' by UK weather and often poor visibility, then contact Rebreathertraining for information on course dates and schedules.

There are many shallow dives - including caves and caverns - for Mod 1 recruits and refresher courses

For Mod 2 and Mod 3 recruits, Menorca is blessed with many deep wrecks lying in clear, blue waters

And there's even something a little special...

Rebreathertraining Base

Rebreathertraining is located on the small Balearic island of Menorca. Unlike its more notorious neighbour, Ibiza, Menorca, and its population, have a relaxed, laid-back feel, and this is certainly reflected in the towns' bars and restaurants.

The island's history dates back to prehistoric times - indeed, it has the most prehistoric sites of any european country - and this can be appreciated by the many ancient 'Tayalot' monuments which dot the landscape.

Menorca's coast is studded with stunning, clear-water bays lying at the bottom of steep, jagged cliffs which make for enjoyable non-dive-day exploration or a spot of sunbathing and relaxation.

Menorca is only a modestly priced two-hour flight from the UK - and many other European destinations.

Combine this with staggering dive visibility (often 30m+); a wide range of dive sites, from shallow bays to deep wrecks - not to mention the breathtaking caves; and very little tidal stream (almost permanent slack water!), and this has to make it a commonsense choice for divers wishing to complete their rebreather training.

Contact us for more information on traveling to, and accommodation in, Menorca - you'll be amazed how inexpensive it can be to train abroad!
